Join CrowdGen as we kick off an exciting new AI Voice Interaction Project aimed at improving how voice assistants interpret and respond to users. We’re seeking detail‑oriented individuals to review and assess real user interactions with voice assistants.

In this role, you’ll listen to or read conversations between users and voice assistants and evaluate how accurately the assistant understood and addressed each request.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Deciding whether the assistant should take action on or respond to a user’s request.
• Identifying the cause or type of error when the assistant fails to correctly act on or answer an actionable request.

To succeed in this project, you should:
• Have strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
• Be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a bonus).
• Feel confident following detailed project instructions.
