**Task Summary (What to Expect)**
In this role, you will listen to audio recordings and create accurate written transcripts of what is spoken. These transcripts will help enhance AI speech recognition systems.

Your responsibilities may include:
– Transcribing audio into text with high accuracy
– Recording speech exactly as spoken, including pauses, filler words (e.g., “uh,” “um”), repetitions, and incomplete sentences
– Adding timestamps to align with the audio
– Identifying and labeling different speakers in conversations
– Marking non-speech elements such as laughter, background noise, or unclear audio

Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills are essential to ensure high-quality transcription.

**What We’re Looking For**
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
– Excellent knowledge of Vietnamese spelling conventions
– Location can be anywhere, but you must be fluent in the Vietnamese dialect
– Good English reading comprehension skills
– A stable internet connection
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to review examples and apply the rules to the provided data
– Prior transcription experience
– Prior experience working with audio data
– Access to a PC/laptop or an iPad

**Payments**
You will be paid the published rate per audio hour. Tasks are offered in units with different audio lengths, and you may complete as many units as you want.

All submitted work must meet the required quality standards. If the quality requirements are not met, tasks may be rejected.
