Entry-Level Video Editor – Remote, Full-Time
Salary: $800 USD/month to start + performance bonuses

Location: Remote

Schedule: Mon–Fri, flexible hours with a 2–4 hour overlap with US time

The Role:
You will work as a video editor. I don’t see video editing as entertainment or art. I see it as advertising, and advertising is a form of information.

When I create an advertisement, I don’t want feedback like “it’s creative.” I want you to produce work so compelling that people are motivated to buy the product.

What You’ll Do:
– Edit videos to transform content into advertisements

Must-Haves:
– Strong attention to detail; you naturally aim for 100% accuracy
– Comfortable using tools such as Premiere and DaVinci
– Clear written English with a professional, friendly tone
– Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
– Proactive attitude
– Ability to ask good questions
– Careful follow-through on instructions
