About the Role
We’re expanding our remote team and are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support customers with travel bookings, coordinate reservations, and provide end-to-end assistance—from start to finish.
This 100% work-from-home role is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a flexible environment—while gaining valuable experience in the travel industry.
You’ll support customers throughout their entire journey, from the first inquiry to the end of their trip, working remotely with structured onboarding and ongoing guidance.

Responsibilities
• Help customers book cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
• Provide professional support by phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documents
• Research destinations and travel options based on customer preferences
• Maintain accurate customer and reservation information
• Support customers before, during, and after their trip
