In this remote role, you will accurately transcribe audio recordings and enhance them with useful tags and timestamps. **What you will do:**
– Listen to audio recordings in the target language and transcribe them accurately.
– Include timestamps so the transcription aligns with the audio.
– Add tags such as emotions, context, and other relevant metadata to improve project results.
– Ensure transcriptions are culturally appropriate and reflect the intended tone and meaning.
– Collaborate with the project team to maintain consistent quality across all work.
– Meet deadlines and follow all transcription guidelines and formatting requirements.

**Project Details**
– **Time commitment:** Flexible—minimum of 10–15 hours per week (up to 20 hours depending on availability).
– **Role type:** Freelance / Independent Contractor

– **Compensation:** $30/hour

**Requirements:**
– Native-level or professional proficiency (C1/C2) in the target language, along with strong English proficiency.
– Prior experience in transcription, translation, or similar linguistic projects is strongly preferred.
– Ability to recognize regional dialects, emotions, and contextual signals in audio.
– Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to deliver error-free transcriptions.
– Familiarity with transcription tools/software, including timestamping and tagging.
– Availability to meet deadlines and consistently produce high-quality work.
