**Requirements:**
All therapists and counselors must have and be able to provide:
• An independent, state-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance
• Individual NPI and CAQH numbers
• Current U.S. residency

**Compensation:**
You’ll be paid $70 for 60-minute live sessions; rates depend on the client’s state. Pay for 30- and 45-minute sessions is prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates vary by client plan and state. Bonuses are also available for engaging new clients.
