Piton Labs is looking for an engaged Business Development Representative as we move into our next phase of growth. As our first hire in this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located in time zones between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3 will be strongly preferred; others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You’ll support the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing—backed by our founding team. Deep technical expertise isn’t required, but a solid understanding of software development and the technology landscape will help you clearly communicate our value.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Developing and executing sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Working closely with the engineering team to share customer needs and insights
• Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customer problems

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• English at native level
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a technology company
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business

**REMOTE WORK GUIDELINES**
• Fully remote—no physical office
• Preference for candidates in the USA with valid work authorization
• Secondary consideration for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Availability for 4–6 hours of overlap with Eastern Time on most days
• Digital-nomad lifestyle welcome—no fixed location required
