Fully asynchronous and remote
Our team operates entirely remotely and is spread across the globe. We have members in many countries and time zones, and your location does not matter.
Your main responsibility will be to create high‑quality, in‑depth technical content, including documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and more. No SEO knowledge is required — we handle that. All you need is strong WordPress expertise and the ability to produce compelling content.
You may also have the opportunity to create videos for our YouTube channels.
Flexibility
We are a small team, but we do our best to offer as much flexibility as possible. This means you can work in the morning, in the evening, late at night — whenever suits you. You can take two weeks off whenever you want. You can even wake up, realize you’re not in the right mindset, and take the day off without notifying anyone.
Responsibilities
• Write, edit, and publish high‑quality content for a technical audience.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products you cover.
• Sometimes you will write full articles yourself; other times you will create an outline for another writer and then review their work; in some cases, you will simply edit content created by others.
• Some articles will require several days of preparation, testing, gathering screenshots, and planning the structure.
Requirements
What matters most to us is your ability to produce excellent content. The more of the following you meet, the better, listed from most to least important:
• Available 20 to 30 hours per week.
• Excellent command of written English at a native level, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and engagingly.
• Strong expertise in WordPress and its ecosystem, including page builders, ACF, WooCommerce, and other specialized tools.
• Solid background in the WordPress space, with troubleshooting and debugging skills, knowledge of database structure, and possibly plugin development experience.
• At least intermediate‑level PHP skills, including writing functions and creating custom components based on specifications.
• A fast, pragmatic learner capable of quickly adapting to new software and deepening your knowledge of WordPress, PHP, and related technologies.
