Piton Labs is looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative as we enter our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and forming new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT -8 (US Pacific) and GMT -3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered individually.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
You will take part in the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, supported by our founding team. While you don’t need deep technical expertise, a general understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to potential clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Finding and engaging new potential clients
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with engineering to share client insights and needs
• Maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address client challenges

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a tech company
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business
REMOTE WORK POLICY
• Fully remote with no physical office
• Preference for candidates in the US with legal authorization to work
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with East Coast time most days
• Digital‑nomad friendly with no fixed work-location requirement
