The talent team includes a diverse group of full-cycle talent partners across the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, and India. You’ll need to feel comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-changing environment. There’s significant freedom to create, innovate, and strongly influence how Tide attracts talent.

About the role
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in shaping Tide’s future by sourcing and securing top leadership talent. This role combines hands-on recruiting with leadership and team management responsibilities.

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:
– Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Director and above roles globally.
– Build and implement talent acquisition strategies to improve talent mapping and intelligence, candidate evaluation, and hiring quality.
– Manage and support a specialist talent team focused on corporate recruiting, ensuring they meet targets and develop professionally.
– Work with senior leaders to understand business goals and create recruiting strategies aligned with company priorities.
– Lead and manage relationships with executive search firms, with the goal of strengthening internal capabilities and reducing agency spending.
– Drive diversity hiring initiatives to build an inclusive workforce that reflects the members we serve.
– Support succession planning efforts to ensure Tide has a strong leadership pipeline.
– Use data and talent insights to guide Tide’s talent attraction strategy.

What we are looking for
– 10+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on global leadership and executive hiring, ideally with a mix of agency (top-tier search) and in-house experience.
– Proven experience successfully hiring leadership (both technical and non-technical) in a technology-driven, high-growth environment.
– Demonstrated ability to grow, lead, and motivate a team.
– Strong ability to navigate different cultures and hiring markets to attract top talent worldwide.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and senior stakeholders.
– Strategic thinking skills to develop innovative recruiting approaches.
– Ability to use internal and external talent and market data to tell a compelling story and influence executive decision-makers.

What you’ll get in return
– A competitive salary
– 25 days holiday, with the option to take 5 additional unpaid days per year
– 3 days paid volunteering or learning and development time off per year
– A personal L&D budget of £1,000 per year (plus professional learning and development support)
– Group Life Insurance, Vitality Health, and Dental Insurance
– A bright, new office near Old Street station, with an all-day snacks bar
– Enhanced family-friendly leave
– Access to a global mental wellbeing platform offering 1:1 video therapy with accredited therapists, plus unlimited chat therapy
– A work-from-home budget
– Team socials, including virtual and in-person events
– Sabbatical leave
