How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in expanding Cloudbeds’ presence across Latin America. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of business-facing roles in areas like Customer Success, Onboarding, and GTM, skillfully balancing high-volume hiring with the strategic sourcing needed to discover exceptional talent. While Latin America will be your main region, you’ll also support hiring efforts in other parts of the world. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a true representative of Cloudbeds in every market you support.
