This role is a key part of the Talent Acquisition team and will help drive overall recruiting success by delivering exceptional service and a best-in-class experience to both candidates and interview teams throughout the hiring journey.

What your day might include:
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating phone interviews, assessments, and panel discussions while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
• Managing high volumes of candidates across multiple interview stages, including communication, scheduling, testing, and screening
• Using our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to accurately document all activities
• Executing a variety of candidate sourcing strategies, staying aware of new tools and industry trends
• Researching and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles through targeted outreach
• Expanding your understanding of local, national, and global talent markets as needed

What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally within an HR or People team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
• Enthusiasm for stepping in to support the team whenever needed
• Skill in managing competing priorities across time zones and meeting deadlines and service levels
• A collaborative team player comfortable working with many stakeholders at once
• Flexibility and comfort with shifting priorities and ambiguity
• A creative, process-oriented mindset with a drive to improve efficiency
• Experience with Lever is a plus but not required

Compensation ranges from $26.92 to $37.01 per hour, equivalent to an annual base salary of $55,994 to $76,991 assuming a full-time schedule. This range reflects base pay only and excludes bonuses, equity, sales incentives, or other role-specific compensation. ActiveCampaign is committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Actual salary will depend on skills, experience, and location.
