The Stock Plan Administration Associate will work within the HR team to help manage the company’s stock-based compensation programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs). This position is well suited for someone eager to build experience in equity compensation and support daily stock plan administration tasks.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide support in administering stock-based compensation plans, including activities related to granting, vesting, exercising, and settling equity awards, ensuring transactions are accurate and timely.
• Offer basic assistance to employees with questions about their equity awards, helping them understand plan rules, vesting timelines, and how to exercise options or sell shares.
• Communicate with employees to share information about their equity awards and answer account-related inquiries.
• Assist the team in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations such as SEC rules, tax laws, and accounting standards, and help track equity transactions according to policies and requirements.
• Help maintain accurate records of equity grants, exercises, and other stock plan activities within the equity administration system.
• Support the creation and distribution of regular reports on stock plan activity for internal teams and leadership.
• Help coordinate with external vendors, including stock plan administrators and brokerage partners.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve processes within stock plan administration.
• Assist with preparing training materials and helping employees understand fundamental stock plan concepts.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and data related to stock plan processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Entry-level experience or an internship in finance, accounting, HR, or a similar area. Experience in stock plan administration is helpful but not required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Korean or Japanese are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of stock-based compensation, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain equity concepts to employees.
• Basic Excel skills and a willingness to learn new software tools.
• A friendly, service‑oriented approach to supporting employees.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee information confidentially and professionally.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year (USD)
