Job Overview: The Data Entry Specialist and QC team support our production process by ensuring that accurate documentation is prepared for our process server teams. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will review and verify data entered into our systems, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States.

Pay: $25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities: Review and store legal documents using internal systems and email; participate in ongoing training to broaden your understanding of the industry and processes; investigate discrepancies as they occur; complete additional assigned projects.

Qualifications: No experience required (data entry experience is a plus); high school diploma or GED required; ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately; strong attention to detail; willingness and ability to work collaboratively in a team; experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
