Task Summary (What to Expect)

Your job is to listen to audio recordings and produce accurate written transcripts of what is spoken. These transcripts help enhance AI-driven speech recognition systems.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Transcribing audio into text with high accuracy
• Recording speech exactly as spoken, including pauses, filler words (e.g., “uh,” “um”), repetitions, and unfinished sentences
• Adding timestamps that match the audio
• Noting and labeling different speakers in conversations
• Marking non-speech moments such as laughter, background noise, or unclear audio

Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills are essential to ensure high-quality transcription output.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this project, you must meet the following requirements:

– Strong knowledge of and familiarity with Spanish spelling conventions.

– You can be located anywhere, but you must be fluent in a Latin American dialect.

– Good reading comprehension in English.

– Reliable internet connection.

– Strong attention to detail.

– Ability to review examples and apply the rules to the provided data.

– Prior transcription experience.

– Prior experience working with audio data.

– Access to a PC/laptop or an iPad.

Payments

You will be paid the published rate per audio hour. Tasks are offered in units with different audio lengths, and you can complete as many units as you want.

All submitted work must meet the required quality standards. Work that does not meet these standards may be rejected.

This is a project-based opportunity through CrowdGen. You will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor. If selected, you will receive an email from CrowdGen with instructions to create your account, complete onboarding requirements, and begin participating in the project.
