We are looking for a talented Script Writer to join us on a freelance basis. Writers will work closely with the WEBTOON Production team to develop scripts for both original and adapted series. The ideal candidate has experience writing for vertical scroll comics, although we also welcome creative professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including animation and games.

We are particularly interested in writers who are passionate about Action, Horror, Thriller, and Mature Romance genres.

Responsibilities:
– Write WEBTOON scripts and revise them based on feedback from the Production team
– Adapt books and other source materials into WEBTOON scripts, and edit scripts for production
– Collaborate with producers to ensure the story translates effectively into comic form

Requirements:
– MUST: Familiarity with WEBTOON or vertical scroll comic formats
– A strong portfolio demonstrating your work (applications without portfolios or samples will not be considered)
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a creative team
– Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
– Current enrollment in or graduation from an accredited program, or equivalent work experience
