The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer (3‑month contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our continued growth. You will use your creativity to source qualified candidates across a range of digital marketing specialties and help us build a diverse and skilled workforce.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $50/hr, determined by a range of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, competitive benchmarks, market conditions, scope of responsibility, location, and relevant state pay requirements. At Wpromote, pay ranges may change and are based on market medians for comparable roles according to third‑party salary surveys. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and budget.

This role may be performed remotely in most U.S. states, with some exceptions.

While remote work is available, we also have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can participate in learning opportunities, events, and in‑person collaboration.

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

You Will Be
• Proactively sourcing and connecting with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Conducting market research to identify talent pools and stay informed on trends related to digital marketing roles
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles, ensuring diversity in the candidate pool
• Reviewing resumes in the ATS to help manage a high volume of applicants
• Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies
• Tracking and reporting sourcing metrics and pipeline progress, offering insights to enhance sourcing efforts
• Acting as a Wpromote brand ambassador by communicating with candidates and showcasing our culture

You Must Have
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in tech or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing positions and industry terminology
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Lever or Greenhouse
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• A proactive, results‑oriented approach and a passion for finding top talent
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
