Currently hiring: Remote Recruiter

– Build a diverse pipeline of technical and non-technical candidates using creative sourcing methods.
– Work with teams to understand their hiring needs and turn them into a great candidate and interviewer experience.
– Create processes that will help the recruiting team scale for years to come.
– Source candidates using online tools.
– Partner closely with other Recruiters, Recruiting Administrators, and Hiring Managers to develop a deep understanding of assigned roles.

Requirements

– Prior recruiting experience, ideally in an agency or high-growth technology environment.
– Demonstrated success in meeting hiring targets and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
