We’re hiring a QA Tester to join our Systems Team. This role is a great chance to work on an already established QA project while continuing to expand your knowledge and experience with different technologies.
About the Systems Team
You’ll join the team responsible for maintaining and improving websites that receive over 200,000 visits per month and have more than 150,000 registered clients. Our goal is to ensure that customers have no issues with getting support, purchasing our products, and working with us as affiliates or contractors, as well as many other needs. We always prioritize quality, and you’ll play a key role in making sure anything implemented on our websites meets our standards.

What You Will Do
As a QA Tester, you’ll work closely with our developers to understand the features being added to our systems:
– You’ll evaluate software quality through both manual and automated testing, ensuring that our production websites function correctly.
– You’ll collaborate with the development team and help create testing plans.
– You’ll perform a full range of QA testing, including black-box, acceptance, regression, functional, usability, and exploratory testing.
– You’ll troubleshoot user issues, reproduce bugs, and submit reports into our task system.
Required Skills
This role is ideal for someone curious and able to think from the customer’s perspective. You must also be able to test the full range of application functionality. In addition, you should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
– An analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
– Experience with PHP and OOP
– Experience using automation tools such as GitLab

Having any of the following is a bonus, but it’s not required. We’ll train the right person in both technical and WordPress skills:
