We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure the quality and dependability of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in QA practices, possess strong communication abilities, and be driven to deliver exceptional results. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, perform comprehensive testing, and support ongoing improvements to our processes.

Responsibilities:
• Identify the root cause of issues and verify fixes in a complex environment with multi‑tier web applications
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance tests to detect and report defects or inconsistencies
• Work with product development and project management teams to understand requirements and offer input on testability and quality
• Record and track test outcomes, issues, and resolutions to ensure clear communication and visibility
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely fixes
• Help establish and refine QA standards and best practices
• Participate actively in regular internal QA meetings
• Assist customers through hands-on troubleshooting via video calls or remote desktop tools
• Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach in various situations

Primary Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in software QA with an emphasis on manual testing
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• 4–5 years of Linux experience, including software compilation, command-line use, and debugging tools
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic understanding of Git
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work

Additional Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with test automation tools or frameworks (such as Cypress or Cppunit) is an advantage
• Experience working in an open-source environment is a plus
