We’re seeking a detail-oriented writer to respond to our client’s online reviews.
What does the role involve?
We help our clients generate positive online reviews and respond to customer feedback on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Every response is tailored to the individual reviewer, so nothing is prewritten or generic. Each day, you’ll spend your time replying to reviews. We need someone who writes exceptionally well, since some responses require a thoughtful, clever touch.
While most of your time will be spent responding to reviews, there will also be occasions when we ask you to write a blog post or assist with copy for marketing projects.
This role is best for someone who is highly tech-savvy (very important), upbeat, and passionate about customer service. We help clients handle negative online reviews, which can be sensitive. You must have a mindset focused on learning and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Strong communication skills are essential, including writing and grammar, along with empathy—running a business is challenging, and business owners need someone who can offer understanding and genuine care.
This position is currently fully remote, so you can work from home from anywhere you choose. We offer flexible scheduling, but you must be available full-time.
