Who We Are:
Aledade, a public benefit corporation, is dedicated to supporting the most vital part of the healthcare system—independent primary care. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown into the largest network of independent primary care in the U.S., helping practices, health centers, and clinics improve patient care and succeed in value-based care models. By developing value-based contracts across diverse payers, we aim to shift away from fee-for-service models, strengthen continuity of care, align incentives, and ensure primary care physicians are compensated for keeping patients healthy. If you want to help build a healthcare system that benefits patients, practices, and society—and you value a collaborative, inclusive, remote-first culture—this is the place for you.

What This Means for You:
At Aledade, you will join a creative, mission-driven culture that values respect, curiosity, and learning. You will work with colleagues who bring a broad mix of experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives, all united by a passion for public health and Aledade’s mission.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, including:
– Flexible schedules and remote work options for many roles
– Health, dental, and vision coverage with up to 80% paid for employees, dependents, and domestic partners
– Robust time-off benefits, including 21 PTO days in your first year, 2 paid volunteer days, and 11 paid holidays
– 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents
– A 6-week paid sabbatical after 6 years of service
– Educational Assistance and Clinical Employee Reimbursement programs
– 401(k) with a 4% match
– Stock options
– And more

Aledade embraces and celebrates diversity. We aim to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who reflect the communities we serve. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to age, race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy-related conditions, religion, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
