We are currently hiring for a long-term Remote Receptionist role. Duties include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, calming and resolving complaints, and completing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a performance-based position—every call is recorded and regularly reviewed for quality assurance.

If you may be a better fit for a role with less emphasis on voice work, we also offer non-voice positions with a stronger focus on administrative tasks, depending on availability and overall suitability.
