Lyra is seeking a Provider Technology Manager to join our international operations team. This role will guide the ongoing enhancement of Lyra’s global technology platform, ensuring it meets local user needs while upholding global service standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience—setting direction and fostering collaboration across product, engineering, and operations—along with exceptional project management and execution skills.
We prefer candidates who can work from our London office one day per week, though this can be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities
• Define long‑term goals for provider success supported by Lyra’s technology suite.
• Lead business case evaluations to determine priorities that best serve Lyra members, balancing operational needs with engineering considerations, and collaborate with Technology partners to shape the international roadmap.
• Oversee end‑to‑end operational rollout of new features.
• Ensure globally scoped technologies are correctly implemented, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Build effective, streamlined collaboration processes with product, engineering, and provider operations teams.
• Encourage innovation by remaining attentive to feedback on how existing or new technologies can evolve.
• Develop role scopes, hire strong talent, and cultivate a highly effective team.
• Maintain and elevate provider experience with Lyra’s technology suite worldwide.
• Gather requirements from operational teams for new features and systems in partnership with international technology teams.
Qualifications
• Comfortable working in uncertain, rapidly evolving environments.
• Self‑motivated and able to operate independently.
• Familiarity with agile development and user‑centered design is helpful but not required.
Experience
• 10+ years of experience implementing technology in the healthcare sector; experience working directly with providers is a plus.
• Proven leadership, team development, and operational efficiency.
• Strong management capabilities with success collaborating on cross‑functional technical initiatives.
