We are seeking an assertive, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client projects as well as manage our partners and clients.
This role is remote, but we are looking for candidates who are available in the CET time zone.
Join our diverse, talented team and work in a coaching and learning-focused environment.
You will be an essential part of our Operations team, working closely with leadership and global enterprise clients to help build a more inclusive, diverse, and sustainable world.
**Your day-to-day:**
– Fully understand Bossert Associates’ strategy and values to ensure all work aligns with our mission and unique perspective.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for a group of clients. We work with enterprise clients such as Boston Consulting Group, Siemens, and Schneider Electric.
– Manage ongoing projects, including leadership, diversity & inclusion workshops, and events. You will handle proposal preparation, collaborate on content production with the trainer, oversee event planning, and deliver post-workshop reports. You will work closely with clients and partners throughout each project.
– Support the development of automation and implement tools to improve the current process.
**About you:**
**Must haves:**
– Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced tech environment.
– Common sense, assertiveness, dedication, and a strong drive to get things done.
– A customer-first mindset.
– A natural ability to collaborate—your team matters to you.
– Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
– Strong organizational skills, with the ability to think ahead and prioritize effectively.
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to work successfully with clients and internal stakeholders.
– High technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to our tech stack.
– Deep experience with project management tools.
– Openness to change: although we work with enterprise clients, we are a small, growing firm and are looking for people ready to grow with us.
**Nice to haves:**
– Experience with MS Office (you’ll use PowerPoint almost daily).
– HubSpot experience.
– German language skills.
**Working at Bossert Associates:**
– Join a small but growing team of dedicated professionals in a truly diverse environment.
– Work closely with senior partners and have a genuine influence on our processes and work.
– Be part of an educational and coaching culture, with opportunities to attend workshops, learn, and develop.
– Enjoy stability and responsible growth—we are not a startup.
– Receive support and trust, with encouragement for ownership of everyone’s work.
– We are closed between Christmas and New Year’s, so you’ll get a week of downtime.
– You will be hired through an EOR service (Deel), so wherever you are, you’ll receive the benefits your country requires (health insurance, local holidays, etc.).
