We’re expanding our Costa Rica team and are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and honest Project Coordinator to join us full-time. This is a long-term remote position with genuine growth opportunities. You’ll report to our Costa Rican Division Head and Project Manager.

You’ll support project managers by coordinating permits and approvals, monitoring progress, and communicating with architects, engineers, and agencies. Because this role is fully remote, we depend on honesty, accountability, and clear communication—your progress is reviewed periodically to ensure continuous growth and confidence in your work. If you’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn, you’ll fit right in.

Our company works on Hillside Estates, commercial stores and restaurants, historic landmark properties, and mixed-use living projects. We’re a small company that’s growing each year and we’d like to add you to our team.

**Compensation & Growth**
– Competitive starting salary
– Quarterly raises during the first year, then annual raises afterward
– Performance bonuses and commissions based on results
– Long-term career growth and mentorship within the company

**What You’ll Do**

– Help with filing applications, compiling reports, and researching codes
– Schedule and prepare for meetings and agency reviews
– Communicate with architects, engineers, and city staff to keep projects on track
– Support internal organization and documentation
– Learn to think strategically about zoning codes and preconstruction management

**Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
– 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, real estate, or architecture (internships accepted)
– Strong organizational skills, communication ability, and attention to detail
– Tech-savvy; a reliable laptop, webcam, and smartphone are required
– Full-time availability, Monday through Friday

**Hiring Timeline**
– First interviews: within 10 days
– Second interviews: 5 days later
– Intended hire: before year-end
