**Position Summary:**
As part of our Strategy and Continuous Improvement team, the Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project-related activities, including project setup, data cleansing, and investigation. This role works with multiple department teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, and supports the implementation of new tools, policies, and processes. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Sr. Resource Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Complete project activities such as project creation, generic resourcing, and project budget updates
– Use Kantata and Salesforce
– Maintain communication channels, including MS Teams, email, and calendars
– Investigate incomplete or inaccurate deliverables and partner with management to resolve discrepancies
– Support data cleansing to ensure database discrepancies are accurate
– Assist Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
– Review monthly audits for quality compliance

**Required Experience:**
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Post-secondary education in a related field such as Project Management/Administration
– Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other project management tools
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to project deadlines
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities while meeting multiple deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience with Salesforce and Kantata
– Project Management certification (PMP/CAPM) is an asset
– Strong understanding of project-cycle activities as defined by PMBOK and the Project Management Institute

**Compensation:**
$57,000–$65,000 per year. At PointClickCare, base salary is one component of a total rewards package that may include bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are based on the job and level, and the range listed reflects the target for new hires across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation within the range is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience (including professional and lived experience), and/or work location.
