About the Role
Lyra Health is seeking a workplace mental health subject matter expert with experience designing and evaluating learning programs, strong writing and presentation skills, and deep knowledge of mental health promotion. In this role, you will partner with customers to translate high-level workforce strategy into practical, tailored learning solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and assess mental-health-related content and educational offerings. The ideal candidate will be able to turn research-backed mental health promotion and workplace wellbeing best practices into clear, engaging learning materials and tools. You will have experience designing and implementing program evaluation initiatives and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
– Independently choose high-quality source materials and help develop research-backed workplace and mental-health training content, demonstrating Lyra’s leadership through clarity, clinical precision, and evidence-based insights.
– Create and deliver learning plans across multiple formats, large-scale training programs, and timely, high-impact events, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and evolve programming.
– Build and scale program evaluation and quality assurance best practices, including assessing learning and development needs and outcomes through surveys, interviews, and ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
– Enhance outcomes reporting by creating tailored one-to-many and custom solutions that clearly communicate impact and value.
– Lead expert-level workshops and prominent training events.
Qualifications
– A graduate degree (PhD, PsyD, MS, MA) in organizational, clinical, or counseling psychology, public health, or health promotion.
– Professional experience as a consultant or subject matter expert supporting internal and external stakeholders with mental health, mental health promotion, workplace wellbeing, and/or corporate mental health.
– Experience developing engaging psychoeducational content for live sessions and written resources.
– Expertise in program evaluation, measurement, and quality improvement best practices.
– Ability to clearly communicate research-backed best practices, interventions, skills, and program evaluation outcomes.
– Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with multidisciplinary colleagues.
– Ability to remain flexible and adapt under tight deadlines.
– Familiarity with commonly used statistical and data visualization tools.
Preferred
– Strong dynamic public speaking skills.
$95,000 – $131,000 per year
As a full-time Program Specialist, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The expected annual base salary range for this position is $95,000–$131,000. Base pay depends on role and level, and your placement within the range will be determined by job-related factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may also include discretionary bonuses.
