About the Role
I’m seeking a proactive Executive & Personal Virtual Assistant to help me grow my investments and manage my real-estate portfolio.

This role combines executive operations, personal support, and coordination of legacy projects, helping you manage priorities across both business and family life. You will oversee scheduling, communication, research, and digital organization to ensure projects and day-to-day logistics run smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity for a dependable professional who values independence, accuracy, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support
– Manage inbox, calendar, and meetings
– Conduct company and market research
– Maintain Notion dashboards and files
– Draft emails, correspondence, and summaries
– Coordinate with vendors, partners, and advisors

Personal & Family Support
– Organize family schedules, travel, and reservations
– Manage flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics
– Handle gifts, vendor coordination, and personal tasks remotely
– Maintain strict confidentiality

Legacy & Special Projects
– Support family-legacy, philanthropy, and archival work
– Organize digital materials and Notion project boards
– Coordinate education and cultural initiatives

What I’m Looking For
– 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or VA
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Strong proficiency in Notion and Google Workspace
– Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
– Comfortable working across time zones (EST preferred)
– Loyal, calm, and solutions-oriented

Bonus Skills
– Experience in real estate, M&A, or family-office environments
– Basic presentation/design skills (Slides, Canva)
– Background in travel planning or event coordination
