About This Role
We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our team! You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and championing our commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. We have a documented equal pay policy, and do not negotiate on offers. To maintain fairness and keep starting total comp the same for anyone who comes into that position, individual pay is determined by role, level and work location only. At the offer stage, we give candidates 3 different offers to choose from depending on how they want to favor cash vs equity. The salary range for this position is $97,850 to $126,000 + equity + benefits. Please note: We have two different compensation tiers depending on your location. The range displayed reflects the Tier 2 minimum and Tier 1 maximum new hire salary across all US locations. Your Recruiter will discuss the relevant compensation range during your initial screen. Responsibilities:
Own the onboarding and offboarding process and oversee the overall employee lifecycle
Create and maintain automated HR workflows and proactively manage compliance-related HR reporting requests
Collaborate with Accounting to manage bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Partner with our Head of People on all key people processes, including annual performance reviews and learning and development initiatives
Willingness to take-on stretch projects and learn new skills in support of business priorities
Work cross-functionally on strategic initiatives to improve employee experience
Ensure data accuracy in internal company systems while promptly communicating personnel and organizational changes to external partners as needed
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in a people operations or HR-related role
You are extremely organized, proactive and have exceptional attention to detail
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with employees and internal partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of a task from start to finish and effectively deliver on deadlines
A high level of trustworthiness, as you will handle sensitive and confidential information
