🚀 Want to join a team of A-players in an exciting, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment?
We’re a small team solving big problems in the property management industry. Bootstrapped since 2013, we’re passionate about helping small businesses grow more easily and run more smoothly—by delivering the leading CRM in our space.
The longer version of our story: Back in the days of Web 2.0 (get off my lawn!), LeadSimple’s founders started a lead generation business that connected landlords with property management companies. Seeing how difficult it was for lead buyers to close deals sparked a natural next step: building an industry-specific CRM that quickly became the standard for the industry. Fast forward to 2020, when we launched a process/workflow suite to help customers move beyond the sales stage and into the core of day-to-day operations. The market was eager for this change, and their response pushed us to double down on growth and expand our product offering.
What we expect from you in your first 90 days:
  • Days 1–30: Be able to independently navigate the LeadSimple platform, Google Drive, DocHub, and our Policy Manual so you can effectively support the department’s needs and answer all staff FAQs.
  • Days 31–60: Update and curate the Internal Processes handbook, ensuring it includes the procedures needed by the People Ops department and the Leadership team.
  • Days 61–90: Develop a full understanding of the steps in the hiring process to quickly spot unsystematic activities. Independently support performance review timelines and ensure process adherence with the Leadership team.
A day in the life of…
  • Support leadership with recruiting efforts and maintain an applicant database
  • Help the People Ops team onboard new hires during their first 90 days
  • Compile, update, and maintain personnel records
  • Answer staff questions about standard policies, benefits, and processes
  • Follow documented company and People Ops processes and procedures
  • Provide administrative support and timely paperwork for both the Leadership and People Ops teams
Team perks:
  • Monthly Friday Free Day
  • Company holidays
  • Paid time off (in addition to the above)
  • Monthly healthcare allowance
  • Yearly vacation allowance
  • A fun, fast-paced environment with smart, caring people
  • Location flexibility
  • A mission-driven company and a values-based culture
Please apply only if you:
  • Enjoy learning new technology
  • Learn quickly
  • Communicate clearly in English
  • Actively look for solutions
  • Take ownership of outcomes
  • Bring an optimistic “can-do” attitude
  • Provide your own internet and smartphone
  • Have prior remote work experience
We have an outstanding team of A-players—and we’re ready to add more. Selected candidates may complete assessments and go through multiple interviews with different team members. We’ll do whatever it takes to put the right person in the right role.
If you think you’ll thrive in the environment above and make a real impact for our customers, we’d love to talk to you.
In summary…
You can do it in an office
You can do it from home
We really don’t care
As long as it’s clear 👇
What matters is this…
When things get tough
And you’re under pressure
Can we count on you to make the right call?
Judgment, intuition, or care—by any other name
We call it “Owning the Outcome,” because it’s the whole point
Support the customers, and they’ll support you
If you can do that
Then we’re cut from the same cloth
So come join our team—we’ll make music together.
