Salsify’s People Experience (PX) team helps people do their best work by creating experiences that are flexible, unique, and meaningful for each individual at every stage of their Salsify journey. As a PX Partner, you will work with Directors and VPs to support their people-related needs. This role is essential to the success of Salsify leaders: you will partner with them directly and collaborate with PX to deliver the most effective manager enablement.

**How You’ll Make an Impact:**
– Serve as a key partner to leaders for team and people needs, including performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement, and employee relations
– Learn the business and understand people dynamics to become a trusted advisor and support our leader population
– Help enable leaders to lead effectively through change management
– Identify key themes for the Organization Development team and contribute insights to leader enablement programs
– Partner with Organization Development to roll out leader enablement
– Collaborate across the People Experience team to improve the experience of all employees and leaders

**You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Have:**
– Experience coaching managers on people-related solutions
– 3+ years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role
– Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
– Ability to uncover root causes and identify underlying issues
– Comfort engaging in difficult or uncomfortable conversations
– Ability to spot opportunities and propose solutions to improve outcomes
– Empathy and strong situational awareness
– Desire to collaborate across functions and levels, as well as work independently
– Eagerness to learn, innovate, and move fast with a scrappy mindset
