Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars and appointments
• Organize and oversee email communications
• Create presentations and spreadsheets
• Handle social media management
• Develop workflows, processes, and structure
• Research tools and technologies and provide recommendations
• Update and enter data into CRMs
• Arrange travel, including flights, transportation, hotels, and dining
• Assist with projects and coordination
• Plan and coordinate events
• Provide support with personal tasks when needed

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability Monday through Friday during business hours, with at least 20 hours per week
• Prior experience in administrative support
• Home office equipped with a Mac or PC (with webcam), dual-core processor of at least 1.0 GHz, 8 GB RAM, and the latest MS Office version (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Fast, reliable internet
• Smartphone with email access
• Dedicated, quiet, professional workspace

Additional Information:
• This is a 1099 contractor position
• Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour depending on experience and skills. Contractors receive a fixed monthly amount based on contracted hours. Hours and clients are not guaranteed
