Responsibilities
– Support and guide the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency when booking a variety of services.
– Manage priorities, deadlines, and group formation, coordinating the team and maintaining active communication with other departments.
– Analyze and improve processes, systems, and workflows.
– Lead, train, and develop the team.
– Supervise customer service, handling changes, cancellations, and special requests.
– Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating rates and terms.
– Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and oversee operations and emergencies during the trip at the destination.
