About Us: MightyScout is a fully remote company working on an influencer marketing platform that hundreds of agencies and brands rely on. We power influencer campaigns for brands like Tonal, Monster, and Whoop to amplify their reach through influencers.
The team works from almost every continent, primarily in Asia, Europe, South America, and North America.

Your Role:
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: You’ll manage and improve processes, SOPs, and workflows across the company. Familiarity with tools like Notion, Gantt charts (a bonus!), and Kanban boards is helpful. If you’re a perfectionist and making sure trains are running on time sounds like a good time to you, we’d love to chat.
  • Project Management: Support weekly team meetings to review metrics, spot key problems, and create action plans. Stay on top of everything to ensure projects stay on track and have the resources to do so.
  • Financials: Help manage our financials, including cash flow and budgets. Make sure payments and invoices are handled accurately and on time. Allowing us to forecast and make better future decisions.
  • Team Coordination: Keep everyone on the same page by facilitating communication across departments. Support teams in meeting their goals and staying aligned with our company values.
  • Process Improvement: Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our processes. Suggest and implement software solutions to streamline our operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain guides, knowledge bases, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Ensure everything is clearly documented.
  • Team Support: Mentor and coach team members to be more process-driven and creative when coming up with solutions. Provide feedback and suggest improvements to boost team performance.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors. Make sure the tools and services we use are top-notch.
  • Email Management: Create drafts, respond to, and organize emails for the Founders. Catch any that the team may have missed.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced: You’ve got at least 2 years in a similar role, with a background in project management, operations, or executive support.
  • Tech-Savvy: You regularly use and know your way around Notion and Excel. Knowledge of shortcuts and advanced features is a big plus.
  • Organized: You have exceptional organizational skills and can juggle multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Problem-Solver: You’re great at spotting issues, developing solutions, and implementing changes effectively.
  • Communicator: You’re a strong written and verbal communicator who can convey complex information clearly.
  • Proactive: You’re self-motivated and always looking for ways to improve things.
  • Leader: You lead by example, take responsibility, and hold yourself and others accountable. You’re good at mentoring and coaching. You are the final stop to prevent things from slipping through the cracks, and you take accountability if they do.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
