– Keep accurate records of task status and performance results
– Work closely with team leads and mentors to ensure proper alignment with procedures
– Follow operational guidelines, including safety, accuracy, and timing standards

**Requirements**
– Reliable internet access and a personal device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone)
– Ability to follow detailed instructions exactly as written
– Strong focus, personal accountability, and ability to work independently
– Comfort with asynchronous communication in a remote-first setting
