**Your main responsibilities**
– Manage and coordinate the full tender lifecycle across the Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Iceland), including RFP monitoring, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up tracking.
– Monitor public procurement platforms and identify relevant tender opportunities proactively.
– Prepare, coordinate, and submit high-quality, competitive, and compliant tender responses.
– Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support submissions.
– Maintain and organize tender documentation, pricing, and related records, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
– Evaluate and improve tender processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with internal QMS requirements and regional regulations while handling sensitive information responsibly.
– Analyze and report tender-related data to support business decisions.
**What we are looking for**
– At least 2 years of professional experience in tender management, with a strong focus on tendering.
– Experience with public procurement processes, ideally within the Nordic region.
– Fluent English; proficiency in one of the Nordic languages is a plus.
– Proficiency in MS Office; experience with tender management systems is an advantage.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– A structured, dependable working style and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
– Interest in optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
– Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or pharma is a plus.
