We have reached our hiring capacity for the final 2023 intake and will not begin hiring again until Q1 2024. However, you are still encouraged to apply and complete the assessments, as these applicants will be prioritized when the next hiring round begins.

Join the fast‑growing team at Z3 Media, a top performance marketing agency, where we are searching for enthusiastic candidates for three roles: Assistant Media Buyer, Junior Media Buyer, and Senior Media Buyer.

All applicants will complete the same assessments and begin in the Assistant Media Buyer role. Based on performance, they may be promoted to junior or senior positions or remain at the assistant level for a longer period, provided they pass all assessments.

Applicants should be prepared to consistently dedicate 2–4 hours per day for 1–2 weeks to complete the assessments. Candidates who become unresponsive for two days during an assessment without communication will be automatically removed from the process.

This time estimate may vary, as some candidates have finished in 3–5 days, but we want to allow those with other commitments enough time to compete.

1. Assistant Media Buyer: Join our elite media buying team and support the management of large-scale campaigns by:
– Creating and optimizing ads
– Creating and improving landing pages and funnels
– Setting up campaigns

2. Junior Media Buyer: Support our top-tier media buying team in managing major campaigns by:
– Reviewing campaigns daily, finalizing tests, and deciding next steps
– Delegating tasks to Assistant Media Buyers
– Checking the work done by Assistant Media Buyers to ensure quality
– Maintaining currently active campaigns for your assigned traffic source

3. Senior Media Buyer: Contribute to managing major campaigns at a higher level by:
– Overseeing performance across an entire traffic source
– Leading Assistant and Junior Media Buyers through delegation and coaching
– Scaling revenue and spending for assigned traffic sources
– Developing new campaigns, sources, and verticals to drive revenue growth
– Reviewing KPI reports and providing updates to the Media Buying Director
– Ensuring quarter‑over‑quarter increases in ad spend, traffic, and revenue

Requirements:

Skills:
– Video editing
– Copywriting
– Graphic design
– Basic web design (ClickFunnels, HTML/CSS, WordPress, etc.)
– Strong English proficiency

We are seeking creative and tech‑savvy individuals skilled in video editing, copywriting, web design, and graphic design. Experience with Adobe tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, ClickFunnels, Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT will help you succeed. Strong copywriting abilities and excellent English are major advantages.
