As a QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications through well-defined testing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute manual and automated tests, identify and track defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing practices, helping deliver stable, well-documented, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Create, develop, and carry out detailed test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
– Perform manual testing of front-end interfaces to confirm a smooth user experience and alignment with design requirements.
– Conduct back-end testing to validate data integrity, API behavior, and overall system performance.
– Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to detect and resolve quality issues.
– Log, track, and manage defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
– Continuously refine testing processes and methodologies to improve product quality and team efficiency.
– Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Requirements:
– Advanced English proficiency
– Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on manual testing and ideally some exposure to automation
– Strong understanding of software testing methods, tools, and workflows
– Ability to write clear, thorough, and well-organized test plans and test cases
– Familiarity with database queries
– Interest in learning automation testing
– Experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:
– Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
– Knowledge of data quality or testing frameworks
