About the Role
Lyra is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate for Growth Strategy to support its Lyra Care clinical programs and help drive long-term growth. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and strategic problem solver who can turn unclear growth challenges into practical, data-driven solutions, and who is enthusiastic about using technology to improve process efficiency.

Responsibilities
– Act as a key strategic advisor to Finance and operations leadership on program growth strategy for the Health Plans/Health Systems channel, owning annual and long-range forecast models
– Own and lead the overall strategy for forecasting demand from health plans and health systems, and for investing in provider capacity to meet growth goals
– Identify and drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Clinical, and operations teams to improve program growth and/or profitability
– Monitor program performance against forecasts, understand the reasons behind results, and apply learnings to predict future program health
– Find opportunities and lead initiatives to improve forecasting and planning processes through automation and technology

Qualifications
– 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or a related field; healthcare experience is a plus but not required
– Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
– Strategic problem solver able to structure ambiguous, complex issues
– Strong quantitative skills (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL required); forecasting and financial modeling experience preferred
– Able to summarize and clearly communicate the key insights (“so what”) from complex analytics using large datasets
– Strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships
– Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
– Experience with process automation or using technology to improve operational efficiency preferred but not required

Compensation
This full-time role offers an anticipated base salary range of $106,000 to $146,000 per year. The final offer depends on role and level, as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
