We’re looking for dependable, talented freelance writers who enjoy covering a wide variety of subjects, including legal topics.

Most of our assignments are legal. The legal subjects we cover are geared toward beginners and do not require an academic-level background.

You’ll write content that ranges from explaining why a particular legal contract is essential for a business to producing a checklist-style article on the best tools for an e-commerce store to increase sales.

## About the Work
We care deeply about content quality. We’re not interested in basic, text-only articles—we want thoroughly researched work that genuinely educates readers. This includes things like images, links, citations to research, expert quotes, and similar supporting resources.

Our articles are typically 1,000+ words, most commonly around 2,000 words, and some may be longer than 10,000 words.

We’re not trying to “hack” search engines. Our goal is to educate customers about the legal contracts they’re searching for—we want to function as a teacher.

We need writers who are available for at least one day per week. We’ll assign as much work as you can comfortably handle, and we don’t micromanage.

For each article, we’re very clear about expectations. We provide the subject and a suggested outline, along with deadlines and the minimum word count. Revisions may involve some back-and-forth communication, but typically the process is: you write, submit, we review and request edits if necessary, and then we publish.

We pay every other week in USD via PayPal or bank transfer.

Whenever possible—depending on where the content is published—we’ll include your bio and author byline so you receive full credit.

## Job Requirements
– Native English proficiency with strong writing skills (we may consider an exception if you have an English proficiency qualification).
– Excellent online research skills
– Strong organization and reliability
– Basic technical ability (e.g., Google Docs, taking screenshots)

## Nice to Have
– A law degree or paralegal experience

## How We Work
This is a remote role, so there’s no need to coordinate time zones. We collaborate through Google Docs and email.

## How to Apply
Email the address below with:
– A 4–5 sentence introduction on why you’re a good fit
– Three URLs that showcase your writing samples related to internet law or technology
– Your freelance writing rates (per word)

### Important
Please use this format for your email subject line: Your Name | Freelance Writer (for example: John Doe | Freelance Writer).

That subject line format is required—otherwise our editor might not receive or notice your email.

We look forward to hearing from you!
