The Learning & Development LMS Administrator is a senior learning specialist responsible for designing, refining, and delivering impactful training programs aligned with business needs. This role ensures that learning initiatives are well‑structured, engaging, and continuously improved using proven adult learning strategies. The position applies a blended learning model that includes both high‑touch methods (instructor‑led training, coaching, mentorship) and low‑touch methods (self‑paced learning, e‑learning, AI‑supported training) to enhance engagement and retention. As an expert in training design and delivery, this person works with business stakeholders, squad representatives, and Learning Associates to implement scalable, effective learning solutions. They also support Learning Partners by providing best practices, improving training materials, and ensuring training strategies align with organizational goals.
Please note: This is a remote position with working hours from 5:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday. The role follows a 5‑day workweek and includes a night allowance of 300 per working day.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Develop and improve learning programs that target skill gaps, enhance performance, and support company goals.
• Lead training sessions and workshops, ensuring active learner participation and strong delivery of materials.
• Use evidence‑based adult learning methods and blend different teaching approaches to improve knowledge retention.
• Work with Learning Associates who help with content creation, training delivery, monitoring, and learner support.
• Collect feedback and training metrics to refine learning programs.
• Partner with business teams, squads, and HR to ensure training supports workforce development needs.
• Improve instructional design processes to make learning materials engaging, effective, and scalable.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in learning methods, instructional technologies, and digital training solutions.
• Mentor Learning Partners I and II by offering best practices and enhancing their training delivery skills.
• Stay up to date with learning industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training program creation.
• Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and enhance large‑scale training programs.
• Technical Skills
• Adult Learning Theories & Instructional Design: Strong understanding of evidence‑based methodologies (such as experiential learning, Bloom’s taxonomy, constructivist approaches).
• Learning Authoring Tools: Experience with tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, or similar.
• Business Analytics & Reporting: Skilled in Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools used to evaluate training outcomes.
• Client & Enterprise Software: Experience with Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, or similar platforms.
• AI & LLM Integration: Knowledge of AI‑powered tools such as Gemini, Notebook LM, ChatGPT, Azure AI, or related technologies for training automation and content creation.
• LMS Administration & Digital Learning Tools: Hands‑on experience managing learning content, users, and reporting in LMS platforms.
• Soft Skills
• Strong facilitation and instructional design expertise.
• Ability to use data insights to enhance training programs.
• Strong collaboration and problem‑solving abilities within cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI data labeling, search evaluation, or corporate learning environments.

Candidate MUST Haves:
• LMS Management experience, including handling security roles, publishing content, and reporting.
• Issue management experience similar to handling ZenDesk tickets, including communication with users such as learners, managers, and employees to resolve issues and close tickets.
• Experience with Cornerstone On Demand LMS or experience migrating from one LMS to another, ideally migrating a company from Cornerstone to a new system.
• Top Priority: Project management experience (PMP certification or similar).
• Experience with tools such as ZenDesk and/or Jira (alternatives include Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Zoho, Intercom, Asana, Clarizen, monday.com, Trello, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience reviewing and auditing training content.
