We are seeking skilled language specialists to assist with an ongoing project that involves reviewing and refining Korean (Korea) customer service materials. The work focuses on enhancing machine-translated content to ensure it is accurate, natural, and fully aligned with project standards.
What you’ll do:
• Perform second-pass quality checks to verify linguistic accuracy and consistency across assigned batches.
• Review and adjust severity ratings to ensure they meet established quality criteria.
• Identify recurring machine translation issues, such as repeated errors, tone discrepancies, or inconsistent terminology.
• Provide high-level qualitative insights that help shape final quality reports and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Native-level Korean (Korea) proficiency and strong English skills.
• Background in linguistic quality review, MT evaluation, or localization QA.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong analytical, quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
Compensation: $37.50 per hour
