Requirements

· Degree in Information Technology (or related field) and a minimum of 5 years IT experience
· Expert-level knowledge of JAMF & Google Workspace Administration
· Expert level experience supporting cloud-based and SaaS applications, including Slack, BetterCloud, Jamf, Atlassian, AWS, Meraki, etc.
· Experience automating device deployment and administration tasks
· Experience providing technical support to a remote user bases
· Experience administering mobile device management (MDM) solutions; JAMF, Kaseya, etc.
· Experience in a startup environment, ideally in healthcare, education, or similarly regulated industry
