What you will do:

In this role, you will support the Paymentology Talent Acquisition team and hiring teams by scheduling video interviews for candidates at various stages of the selection process across 14+ time zones.

Interview scheduling will be handled through our applicant tracking system (ATS). You will also use Outlook, Slack, and Zoom to communicate with the hiring teams, helping you create a well-organized schedule while balancing both interviewer and candidate availability.

You will work closely with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers at all levels to ensure a smooth interview experience.

What it takes to succeed:

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience in a start-up environment
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and accuracy
Ability to schedule appointments and interviews across multiple time zones and locations
Strong customer focus
Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to handle changing schedules and priorities

Ability and willingness to work with remote team members and hiring managers
A strong sense of urgency and follow-through

For our Talent Acquisition team, it is important to have someone flexible and comfortable in this interview scheduling role for a few years. This is essential to ensure the team functions well.

The position would be well suited for someone who is currently pursuing further/continuing education and/or who feels comfortable staying in the role for some time. Please note this is a low-stress position.

English is our company language, so fluent communication is required. This is a full-time, remote contractor role, and we are looking for candidates in Europe. Although we are primarily remote-first, depending on the nature of the work and specific department needs, covering particular hours may be required. For this role, we need someone available from 9:00am to 3:00pm CET.
