We are seeking a customer-oriented, detail-focused Customer Support Specialist with proven experience in the iGaming industry. The right candidate can confidently communicate in written English, is comfortable working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent communication standards. You should be proactive, responsible, and able to identify sensitive situations and handle them in line with internal procedures.

**Requirements:**
– Minimum 1+ year of customer support experience in the **iGaming** industry (mandatory)
– Written English proficiency at B2 level or higher
– Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
– Ability to stay focused while multitasking
– Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to instructions

**Responsibilities:**
– Provide customer support via live chat and email
– Address players’ questions, requests, and complaints
– Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them to the appropriate departments
– Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and communication guidelines
– Work according to the assigned schedule and meet individual KPIs
