Responsibilities

* Receiving requests from the sales team and process payments for affiliates and clients, including checks, wire transfers, etc. * Reviewing applications for errors or inconsistencies in order to ensure that all required information is included * Reviewing global, regional and individual campaigns run by affiliates and to kickstart budget application process * Ensure timely processing of payments to affiliates and improve workflow between sales team and affiliates * Analyze data and create sales reports based on the CRM system * Design and improve cross department payment workflows

Requirements

* Experienced with Microsoft Excel and other equivalent applications * English and Chinese (one fluent, one at least conversational) * Project experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain deals is preferred * Project experience in affiliate marketing is preferred * Experience or high interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency is an advantage
