Customer Service Agent – Hotel Reservations (Remote)
About the role:
Assist customers with booking, modifying, and managing hotel reservations while delivering excellent customer service from your home office.
Key responsibilities:
– Support customers in choosing and booking hotel accommodations
– Provide information on amenities, rates, and availability
– Handle reservation changes and maintain detailed, accurate records
– Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messages
Qualifications:
– Strong communication and hospitality skills
– Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
– Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection
– Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus
