Customer Service Agent – Hotel Reservations (Remote)
About the role:
Assist customers with booking, changing, and managing hotel reservations while delivering excellent customer service from your home office.
Key responsibilities:
– Help customers choose and book hotel accommodations
– Provide information on amenities, rates, and availability
– Handle reservation changes and maintain detailed, accurate records
– Communicate professionally by phone, email, and messaging
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of hospitality
– Professional, organized, and able to work independently
– Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection
– Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus
