Piton Labs is hiring an exceptional Business Development Representative to support a new phase of growth. You will be the first person to take on this role, helping us expand our customer base and develop new strategic partnerships. Candidates located between GMT‑8 (Pacific time in the US) and GMT‑3 are preferred, though other profiles may be considered case by case.
**Responsibilities and expectations**
You will take part in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—with support from the founding team. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, having a solid understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value clearly to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to new prospects
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Designing and executing commercial strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer feedback and needs
• Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
• Delivering demos and presentations that show how our solutions meet customer needs

**General requirements**
• English at a native level
• At least four years of experience in business development, ideally within a tech company
• Proven success in generating new opportunities
**Remote work policy**
• Fully remote; no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the United States, with legal authorization to work
• Candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay may also be considered
• Ability to overlap with Eastern Time for 4–6 hours most days
• Ideal for digital nomads—no fixed location required
